The RBS Future leaders & Sales training program is an accelerated path. You begin in an entry-level position and progress by meeting milestones. It is designed to prepare you for a future in leadership and sales at RBS. You will gain exposure in all aspects of supply chain management.  You will be guided throughout the program by a senior level experienced mentor. Hourly 24-26/hr. to start.
