Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Be able to walk/direct customers to proper products
• Place orders and put stock away as it comes in
• Assist customers in all facets of paint and select facets of hardware
• Place orders at counter when there are no paint customers to attend to
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining paint machines
• Responsible for upkeep of work area

Paint Specialist qualifications include:

• Be able to walk/direct customers to proper products.
• Stay current on paint industry trends and products; ensure product offerings are current.
• Lift/Carry up to 25lbs frequently
• Place/receive purchase orders and put stock away as it comes in.
• Assist customers in all facets of paint and select facets of hardware.
• Place orders at counter when there are no paint customers to attend to.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining paint machines.
• Responsible for upkeep of work area.

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $23.00 - $30.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
