JOB DESCRIPTION

Bilingual Virtual Counter Agent - Counter Sales

In this vital role, you will assist customers with purchasing decisions; advise them on selection, and process billing of materials. Much of your time will involve strong virtual customer interaction via a kiosk register. This position also requires interacting with customers, setting up deliveries and advising on the estimated time of arrival for materials. Use of A+ to process sales on a regular basis is required.

We require:

• Well spoken, Bilingual skills a must (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Familiarity of building supplies.
• Experience in sales of building materials and millwork preferred.
• Experience with A+ and CRM is a plus.
• Strong mathematical, language, computer and email skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $24.00 - $27.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
