    Receiving Clerk  Middletown

    This is a clerical position that involves receiving special orders and communicating with customers to collect/apply balance dues, coordinate deliveries, working with Purchasing and Sales department.  EOE


    Responsibilities include; 

    • Answering inbound calls
    • Accurately receive deliveries
    • Outbound calls to notify customers of special order receipt/backorders/set up deliveries
    • Use of A+ to calculate balance due and post payments
    • Updating CRM Records as necessary
    • Walk-in Customer  assistance at Middletown counter
    • Inventory


    Candidate should be confident on phone, service oriented, highly organized and able to multi-task.
